In 2023, Clifford A. Young founded Hairouna Xaymaca Notary Public Services LLC (HXNPS), inspired by a deep appreciation for his roots in Jamaica and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The name 'Hairouna Xaymaca' reflects this heritage, borrowing from the indigenous names given by the Taino and Arawak peoples—'Hairouna' for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and 'Xaymaca' for Jamaica.
Our notary services, both electronic and traditional, cover a range of documents, from insurance paperwork to power of attorney directives. What sets us apart is our mobile notary service, which brings convenience to our clients by allowing them to have their documents notarized at home or in their neighborhood.
